Knovato is an AI study app built on your materials

What it is

Students already have lecture slides, notes, and links. Knovato extracts that source, drafts quizzes and cards you can edit, then schedules retrieval practice. The companion is Bibo. Streaks and XP exist to make spaced review happen — not to replace it.

There is no free plan. Pro is $15/month or $99/year after a 7-day trial (card required). AI usage is a monthly budget, not unlimited generation.

Knovato is operated by Kluger Ventures LLC, a Wyoming LLC. Registered address: 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. That is a registered agent / virtual office, not a walk-in campus.

Founder: Basti. He designs the product around retrieval practice and spaced repetition (Roediger & Karpicke 2006, Dunlosky et al. 2013, Cepeda et al. 2006) and writes the Knovato blog.
